Carlton Casino Club is the newest to open in Dublin, Ireland. The building where the casino is situated is a building that was formerly used as a cinema and music hall. Historically, the cinema and music hall were both operated by MGM Studios and EMI Records. The location has seen its share in the entertainment history.
During the years, the building welcomed known people like Johnny Cash, Fats Domino, Don McLean, and Marlene Dietrich. Now the building will see a new lease of life as a casino.

The Design of the Casino
The interior design of the Carlton Casino Club is Art Deco. The building is certainly from that era and the owners intentions is to preserve that image. The owners, Richard Quirke and his son, Wesley Quirke, had the pleasure to work with Architect Sean Dockry & Associates.
From his initial sketches, the initiative was one with gusto and the drawings of the planned project encouraged everyone involved into the project. Bobby Alley, they project director managed to do fantastic work with his team. They encouraged all the ideas, the good ones and the bad ones.
All of these ideas were supervised and approved by Wesley Quirke. Wesley Quirke, one of the owners was heavily involved into the project, from carpet to lightning to gaming installations. The design of the website was done by David Lehane with input ideas from Wesley Quirke. David was very passionate about the designing of the website, form how it should look and it also contributed the the IT needs.
Like many brands from around the world, the image of the brand matters, either in the building, brand image like logos and their websites. Big brands, like Admiral Casino, went to the exact same steps like Carlton Casino Club. From relaxed dark blue interior at the land-base Admiral Casino to the online website of the same brand. The only difference is the name of the brand, its owners and other.
