A great way to add a little colour to the midweek, is arranging a themed night, once a week. Say, every Wednesday, it’s one person’s turn to cook their favourite cuisine. Other members of the household provide the drinks, fancy dress items, and music! We’d suggest doing this on a Wednesday to bring some excitement to “Humpday”!
BBQ!

Amp up your soups with a delicious homemade stock
Simply stick the leftover bones and skin from your other dishes into a pot then add all your favourite vegetables plus vegetable stock. Simmer with water and seasoning for at least four hours, skimming off any extra foam. Strain the stock, and you’re ready to go! Avoid the unnecessary preservatives and salt intake.
