The support was excellent. The support team was courteous, knowledgeable and available.
They were there when I needed them, and they made sure that my questions were answered quickly. All my problems were solved in a matter of days.
Where do you think they fall short?
I think they’re a little bit on the premium side, but that’s okay. I didn’t care because the quality of their services is just awesome and I’m glad that I paid the money. I really don’t have a reason to complain.
To be very honest, even if their price increases, I’d still use their services in the future. They’re just that great.
